The Role
Product Designer
You will be the design voice on client products and on ARK's own. This is a hands-on role: research and strategy matter, but so does drawing the actual screen and seeing it through to production.
What you'll do
- Take products from problem statement through to production-ready interface
- Build and maintain design systems that survive contact with engineering
- Design interfaces, marketing pages and brand work across the group
- Test your decisions with real users and change them when the evidence says so
- Work alongside developers through implementation, not just up to handoff
What we're looking for
- A portfolio of shipped digital products, not concepts
- Fluent in Figma and in building reusable systems
- Strong typography and layout judgement
- You can explain why a design works, not only that it does
Nice to have
- Front-end skills — HTML, CSS, a little React
- Motion and prototyping
- Brand identity work
